Important notice

We provide counselling and planning support. Final admission, scholarship and visa decisions remain with official authorities.

Website terms

Use of this study abroad consultancy website.

Please read these terms before using the website or submitting an enquiry form.

1. General information

This website provides general international study abroad guidance for Indian students and parents. Counselling depends on the student profile, preferred country, course, budget, documents, target intake and current official rules.

2. Nature of services

The Unhackables International Consultancy may provide guidance related to profile review, country comparison, course selection, university shortlisting, application planning, SOP, LOR, CV, documentation, scholarship awareness, visa-file preparation, accommodation awareness and pre-departure planning.

3. No admission, scholarship or visa guarantee

We do not promise admission, scholarships, visa approval, work rights, post-study work rights, immigration outcomes or any other official outcome. Final decisions remain with universities, scholarship bodies, embassies, immigration departments, government authorities, test providers and other relevant organisations.

4. Changing official rules

Admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarship rules, visa rules, financial proof requirements, work rights, post-study work rules and immigration policies can change at any time. Students and parents must verify final details from official university, embassy, government and test-provider sources before making decisions.

5. User responsibility

Students and parents are responsible for providing accurate information, checking documents, meeting deadlines, reviewing applications, verifying official requirements, paying official fees on time and making final decisions after due consideration.

6. Accuracy of submitted information

Guidance depends on the accuracy of the information shared by the student or parent. If academic records, work experience, financial information, identity details, test scores or document status are incomplete or incorrect, the counselling route may also become inaccurate.

7. Application and document responsibility

We may guide document structure and application planning, but students and parents must carefully review all forms, declarations, SOPs, LORs, CVs, financial papers and supporting documents before submission. Documents must be truthful, authentic and legally valid.

8. Third-party institutions and services

Universities, test providers, banks, accommodation providers, insurance providers, travel services, visa centres and government authorities are independent third parties. Their fees, rules, processing times, decisions and service quality are outside our control.

9. Fees and external payments

Application fees, test fees, courier charges, visa fees, tuition deposits, insurance, accommodation, travel, forex and other third-party payments are the responsibility of the student or parent unless separately agreed in writing. Such fees may be non-refundable depending on the third-party rules.

10. Website content

Content on this website is provided for general awareness and counselling preparation. It should not be treated as final legal, immigration, financial, tax or university admission advice. Official sources must be checked before making final decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Unhackables will not be liable for losses caused by changed university rules, changed visa rules, third-party delays, incorrect user-provided information, missed deadlines, unsuccessful applications, visa refusal, scholarship rejection or decisions made by official authorities.
